coLeague OnCall is our subscription service for small organizations who want the experience and expertise of coLeague but only need occasional support.

For a small monthly fee, organizations can get just-in-time HR support from experienced People Experts. This can look like:

Coach and support through a complex employee relations issue

Review critical HR elements, such as a new policy or framework, before rolling out to your Leadership Team or organization

Develop a role description for a new position on your team

One-time coaching session on a wide range of critical topics

  • coLeague OnCall offers strategic, people-centric HR/Talent support for small, mission-driven organizations. OnCall meets leaders where they are, offering the same high-level coLeague support, but in a more flexible and affordable way.

    OnCall is also a great support for teams that have a full-time less-experienced HR team member who may not be able to address more complex challenges and also may benefit from occasional guidance from an experienced leader.

    Startup founders should also consider OnCall as they’re navigating the early stages of setting up an organization and want access to experienced leaders who can coach and guide through new or complex challenges.

  • There are two tiers of membership to our subscription service:

    coLeague Companion includes one 60-min call on a topic of your choice (including coaching), up to five questions answered asynchronously within two business days, and one resource review or template request.

    coLeague coPilot is designed for organizations who need a little more support but still aren’t quite ready for a fractional or full time HR/Talent Leader. coPilot includes two 60-min calls per month on topics of your choice, unlimited questions answered asynchronously within two business days, and three resource reviews or template requests per month.

    OnCall Members will have access to an easy portal where you can request calls, submit questions or resources for review, or request templates or other resources.

  • coLeague OnCall is designed to be affordable as well as flexible.

    coLeague Companion is $500/month or $5,000/year (two months free!).

    coLeague coPilot is $1500/month or $15,000/year (two months free!).

    Additional calls or resource requests/reviews can be added for an hourly rate, with a discount available for booking additional blocks of hours.

  • coLeague OnCall is entirely human-supported. While we all have access to and even benefit from the new AI tools on the market, we think Talent work is too important and too sensitive to delegate to a machine.

    Because generative AI models rely on being “fed” in order to produce content, they will sometimes produce answers that are incorrect at best or completely made up at worst.

    At coLeague we use ChatGPT and Claude.AI to get us started on a lot of stuff, and we may even use it as a starting place when researching a complex issue. We will never, however, use a generative AI model as a substitute for the wisdom, experience, and expertise of League of Extraordinary People Leaders.
