How does pricing work?

Embedded, Fractional People Leaders

We generally work with clients on a retainer basis. We will work together to figure out the right size and scope of the engagement, and then pricing is based on the type of coLeaguer and the number of hours per month your coLeaguer will dedicate to your organization.

We work hard to estimate the right number of hours per month for your needs, but in the case you need more, we provide an hourly rate for any unexpected overages.

Talent Insights Products

coLeague’s Talent Diagnostic as a standalone product is $10k, but we offer steep discounts for organizations that work with coLeague going forward, whether by embedding a coLeaguer to support strategy & implementation, or for specialized support projects.

Specialized Support

Specialized Support projects, as well as coaching/advising engagements are priced based on the hourly rate of the coLeaguer and the expected amount of time needed for the project. Like our retainers, hourly rates are based on the type of coLeaguer, and we also consider the complexity of the work itself.
